Spencer Tullos
Senior Product Designer — Q2
I lead design for a banking platform used by millions,
and the system that makes it coherent.
about
I lead design on Q2's online banking platform and design system — a product trusted by nearly 500 financial institutions across the U.S.
My work sits at the intersection of craft and systems thinking — making complex financial products feel simple, and building the patterns that let good design scale. The mission underneath all of it is straightforward: people's financial lives should be easier, and the software they use every day is one of the best levers for that.
I blur the line between designer and engineer. AI is woven into every part of how I work, and vibe coding brings a kind of youthful joy I can't shake — the same feeling as snapping Lego pieces together and watching something come to life. I'm here for all of it.
Outside of work: laughing with family and friends, cooking, the Ninja slushie, functional fitness, and plein air painting.
